
Michael is a director with Baker Tilly’s transaction advisory services. Prior to joining the firm, Michael worked at a middle-market investment bank conducting sell-side equity research. In that role, he held a range of front and middle office responsibilities. He also brings more than five years of experience in both private and public accounting within the investment management industry.
Michael’s expertise includes financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow forecasting, equity and fixed-income valuation, business and investment analysis, capital market research, project management, process documentation, Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) financial reporting, and financial accounting and analysis. He has created financial models, brokered relationships between senior management and the financial community, and developed investment theses based on primary financial analysis and due diligence. His experience also includes supporting asset management clients with ASC 820 and fair-value measurement.
