Michael has practiced public accounting since 2009, providing audit and accounting services to both public and private companies. He assists clients with financial reporting in addition to unusual and complex transactions, such as purchase price accounting, impairment analysis, debt and equity, stock options, public offerings, and revenue recognition.
Michael focuses on the energy industry, including the areas of exploration and production, midstream and transportation, as well as the construction industry.
