Matthew is a director with Baker Tilly’s healthcare and not-for-profit practice. He has more than 10 years of comprehensive experience with financial statement analysis, auditing behavioral health/not-for-profit clients, Uniform Guidance audits and consolidated fiscal report (CFR) audits in compliance with New York State reporting requirements. Matthew participates in Interagency Council Fiscal Committee meetings and stays active within the intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) space.
