Matt’s past engagements have included 10K, 10Q and 11K filings. His additional areas of expertise include private equity backed companies, government contractors, employee stock ownership companies, retirement plans and health and welfare plan auditing.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Matt was with an international accounting firm serving clients in various areas, including privately held companies and employee benefit plans.
