Matt is a partner in the audit practice of Baker Tilly.

Matt has more than 18 years of experience in providing assurance services to privately held businesses. His primary specialties include audits of employee benefit plans and financial statement attestation in healthcare. Matt also has substantial experience in the audits of businesses in a variety of other industry segments. 

Matt’s plan audit experience includes Department of Labor (DOL) disclaimer and full-scope audits of defined contribution, defined benefit and employee stock ownership plans. He has assisted numerous clients with deficiencies in their plan structure, Internal Revenue Service (IRS)/DOL correction and implementation solutions.
