Mario Prohasky is a director with the global life sciences consulting practice at Baker Tilly. He is an experienced risk management professional and advisory services leader focused on the unique challenges of the life sciences industry. His experience has a strong emphasis on the global risk, compliance and commercial operations challenges of the life sciences industry.

He joined Baker Tilly in 2022 and previously held several positions supporting the industry including EMEA compliance consulting practice leader at a global life science focused advisory firm in London, and senior manager at a boutique life sciences advisory firm in New York.

His experience includes assessing, designing, implementing and operating solutions designed to mitigate various risks spanning legal, healthcare compliance, commercial operations as well as broader strategic risks. Leveraging his global experience, Mario advises clients in ensuring that compliance and broader enterprise risks management enables the effective implementation of commercial objectives.
