Larry has practiced public accounting since 1992. He has experience directing all phases of audits—including control testing, fieldwork, and report preparation—for a variety of clients. Larry’s focus is privately held, middle-market clients, and he’s involved in all phases of audits, reviews, compilations, accounting, financial statement reporting, and operations consulting, as well as the related internal controls, cash flow, and business planning.
Larry works primarily with aerospace and defense companies and is actively involved with his clients. In addition, Larry supports private equity groups and their portfolio companies with key financial reporting, internal controls, and governance matters.
