Kevin Stonesifer, principal in the tax and assurance group, is a member of Washington, D.C.’s real estate practice. Kevin has thirteen years of experience in public accounting, where he has managed a variety of financial reporting and taxation engagements, focusing on real estate pass-through entities and their investors. His experience includes commercial and residential rental real estate, condominium developers, home builders, and investment companies.
- Plans, supervises, and manages financial statement services for commercial and residential real estate developers and investors
- Assists clients on various US GAAP technical accounting issues, including advising companies on revenue recognition, equity transactions, business combinations, impairment, and significant estimates

- Assists in the firm’s quality control function, where he provides consultation and guidance to engagement teams regarding the appropriate accounting and auditing considerations and performs engagement quality reviews
