
Kevin O’Neill is a director with Baker Tilly’s transaction advisory services practice. He has been with the firm since 2018. Kevin advises private equity and strategic buyers on buy-side M&A transactions and provides sell-side consulting services to private equity backed businesses and other privately held companies. His advisory services include financial and accounting due diligence, quality of earnings reviews, working capital analysis, pro forma financial statement preparation, profitability analysis, carveout analyses, and forecasting and financial reporting evaluations.
