Kerry has provided software application and information technology consulting services since 1988. Kerry’s primary areas of expertise include program and project management (including strategy, planning, organization, and execution); business process improvement; change management; identification and development of business requirements; data analysis; and mobile application development. He has been certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional and adds continuous value to client engagements by identifying innovative ways to increase project efficiency. Kerry also maintains a strong familiarity with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) discipline, as well as Lean and Agile methodologies.
Kerry’s technical background includes extensive experience with SQL, SDLC, cloud-based applications, business process architecture, system design, and various network, data center, and infrastructure environments. He has successfully managed dozens of complex business improvement and application development projects with budgets exceeding $1 million in size.
