Ken is a tax principal with Baker Tilly and has more than 35 years of experience in public accounting. His experience is centered on accounting for income tax (ASC 740). Ken has served family-owned, privately held, publicly held and private-equity backed clients, with multistate and multinational operations.
Ken specializes in solving complex tax issues in a variety of business scenarios and providing value-added tax advice and tax-planning solutions. He consults with business leaders to help analyze their tax positions and apply the complex rules of accounting for income taxes under ASC 740. Ken has experience working with a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, natural resources, technology, telecommunications, healthcare and construction sectors.
