
As a principal, Ken sets strategic goals and objectives, purposefully leading business operations, monitoring performance and driving business growth. He works collaboratively with client teams to share insights, recommend process and control improvements and advise on complex technical issues in the areas of equity and debt financing, stock compensation, income taxes, and revenue recognition. Ken has more than 15 years of experience as a partner providing audit services and advising on internal control systems and processes to public and private emerging growth companies in the technology, life sciences, healthcare services and venture capital industries. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offerings and additional securities filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
