Jordan Iverson, partner with Baker Tilly, has been with the firm since 2010. Jordan works with clients to provide a variety of accounting, tax and consulting services. He specializes in working with manufacturing and distribution companies, including SEC reporting entities. In addition, he has experience working with software companies. In 2017, Jordan was named a finalist — the only one in the U.S. — for the Baker Tilly International Young Accountant of the Year Award.Jordan works with public and private clients to provide a variety of accounting, audit and consulting services. He specializes in working with public companies and private equity and venture backed private companies through a variety of industries. In addition, Jordan has experience overseeing international audit engagements involving multiple locations and audit firms.
- Provides accounting, consulting, auditing, and financial reporting services to companies ranging in size from startups to large multi-national companies
- Experience assisting companies in all phases of M&A transactions
- Significant experience in accounting for business combinations and purchase price allocations
- Assists clients with applicable filings with the SEC, including registration statements and comfort letters
- Assists clients in both implementation and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley
- Extensive experience overseeing international audit engagements involving coordination with multiple locations and audit firms
- Experience with debt and equity financing as well as accounting for stock options, warrants and other and equity incentive grants
