John Dauwalter is a partner in the manufacturing and distribution group with Baker Tilly and has been with the firm since 2002. John works with public and private clients to provide accounting and consulting services throughout all stages of their life cycle. He serves domestic and international companies in various industries, including life science, agribusiness, manufacturing, and distribution.

- Assists in filings with the SEC, including registration statements

- Performs transaction advisory services, including pre-acquisition preparation, financial due diligence, and post-acquisition implementation/integration
