Jenny Jensen, partner in the commercial services group, has been with Baker Tilly since 2019. Jenny has 19 years of public accounting experience, supporting businesses in the areas of tax planning, tax compliance and tax provision consulting. She has a broad base of industry experience and has supported both publicly traded and privately held businesses, including many private equity and foreign-owned businesses.
- Advises clients throughout the business life cycle — business formation, operational planning, reorganizations, acquisitions and dispositions
- Works with businesses to streamline tax compliance services and assists with tax compliance process improvement
- Identifies business and tax planning opportunities for clients
- Prepares and supports clients in the preparation of tax provisions and analysis of areas of judgment in accounting for income taxes
- Manages compliance process for a variety of businesses with foreign operations and structures — addressing various foreign tax issues such as foreign reporting required for U.S. income tax returns, foreign tax credits, E&P computations, U.S. income inclusions and branch tax matters
- Manages compliance process for multistate businesses, including consulting on matters such as sourcing of services, unitary operations and state nexus considerations
