Jennifer is an experienced real estate consultant who has been with Baker Tilly since 1998. She focuses on consulting work for real estate clients. She develops long-lasting relationships with our clients and assists with the scheduling and monitoring of projects. Throughout her career, Jennifer has asserted herself as an insightful business leader with strong experience assisting clients in making financial business decisions.
- Works with real estate clients, particularly investors, participating land sellers, property managers, and developers
- Focuses on consulting work for the purpose of determining if homebuilders have calculated the revenues, costs and profit on a project in compliance with a certain governing agreement (includes Payment and Performance Agreements (PAPA) from a land seller to a homebuilder, operating and partnership agreements, and participating loan agreements)
- Served as a CFO and Controller for an asbestos abatement contractor, and was responsible for negotiating with lenders, managing cash flow through a difficult cash shortage, and managing an accounting staff
- Served as CFO and Controller at a large developer, syndicator and property manager of commercial and multi-family real estate
