
Jay Makanji is a director with Baker Tilly’s digital solutions practice. With more than 25 years of experience related to human resource information systems. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, he worked with organizations to provide technical project management, technology solutions design, as well as talent management implementation and optimization initiatives.
Jay has worked with more than 85 clients on prior engagements involving the installation of Oracle human capital management (HCM) Cloud products. He has significant experience working with federal agencies, government contractors, financial services and healthcare industries. Jay is instrumental in providing clients with leadership and guidance, navigating the technical aspects of talent management systems. more than 20 years of experience related to human resource information systems. He has helped clients advance their understanding of systems and how they impact infrastructure and IT policy, as well as how functional design and decisions impact technological solutions.
