Jason Winterburn, a partner with the financial advisory services group in Baker Tilly’s Tysons, Virginia office, has been with the firm since 2008. Jason leads professionals skilled in providing transaction advisory and due diligence services, chief financial officer (CFO) advisory and business valuations. He has transaction experience in a wide variety of industries including construction, government contracting, software and technology, business services, real estate, healthcare and private equity. Jason is skilled at financial statement analysis, financial modeling and forecasting, and interfacing with key management and financial staff.
