
Jason Burns is a director with Baker Tilly Digital. With more than 25 years of project management experience and stood at the forefront of systems and technology engineering. He is responsible for IFS projects, ensuring they are delivered within their project scope and timescale. Jason works with the project managers to complete IFS deployments.
He works on continuously improving project management processes and tools. Jason analyzes the effectiveness of processes, makes appropriate improvements and identifies broader company-wide initiatives that support better execution.
Jason assists with establishing mechanisms to ensure all programs release quality information to monitor progress. He develops a lean approach to project documentation that provides high-quality results and is appropriate to the needs of the business. He has also created a P3M approach to risk, issue and change management, enabling the correct escalation of risks and issues as appropriate.
