Jim has more than 18 years of federal taxation experience both in the public and corporate arena. His focus is in the ASC 740 accounting for income taxes and federal tax compliance area, helping clients automate, think strategically and streamline income tax provision and tax return processes, consulting to a diverse range of clients. He has completed deferred tax studies, implemented tax provision software, helped clients remediate significant deficiencies and material weaknesses, and assisted clients through restatements, bringing long-term value to the tax function.
