
Isabel has been in public accounting since 2015. She provides tax and advisory services to partnerships, S corporations, trusts, and multigenerational high-net-worth individuals, with industry experience across real estate, high-tech, and professional services businesses. She advises clients on complex tax matters, including compliance, planning opportunities, stock options, retirement and compensation planning, and gift and charitable giving strategies. Isabel works closely with clients and their external advisors, including legal counsel, wealth advisors, and banking professionals, to deliver coordinated, practical solutions.
- Advise clients on complex tax matters, including compliance, planning opportunities, tax law changes, stock options, retirement and compensation planning, and responses to federal and state tax notices and examinations.
- Provide strategic guidance on gifts and charitable giving advisory to support clients’ personal, family, and long-term financial objectives.
- Collaborate closely with clients’ external advisors, including legal counsel, wealth advisors, and banking professionals, to provide coordinated service and enhance client outcomes.
- Lead onboarding and professional development initiatives by facilitating new hire training, hosting recurring question and answer sessions, developing training materials, and leading internal training series.
- Contribute to firm growth and culture through leadership in business development initiatives, speaking at internal forums, mentoring team members, and supporting community and inclusion efforts.
