Ian Doss

Ian Doss is a director with Baker Tilly’s state and local tax practice. He is a highly experienced tax professional with a proven track record in managing and growing property tax operations on the West Coast. Prior to the firm's combination, Ian served as the principal of West Coast property tax at Invoke Tax Partners, where he oversaw operations for real property tax clients, managed client relationships and drove business growth through new and expansion opportunities. Additionally, Ian held the position of real estate director, managing multi-jurisdictional appeal deadlines, preparing budgets and appeal recommendations, and leading business development efforts.

Ian's extensive experience also includes his tenure as managing consultant at a tax services firm based in Dallas, Texas where he managed client relationships, property tax appeal deadlines and contributed to the national expansion of major clients. Earlier in his career, Ian worked as a consultant at a property assessment company based out of San Francisco, California, handling property tax appeals, billing and maintaining relationships with county appraisers and assessors.
