Gregg Dluginsky

Gregg Dluginsky is a tax partner with Baker Tilly US, LLP.

Gregg is a tax partner with more than 30 years of experience in public accounting. Prior to the firm merging with Baker Tilly, Gregg was a managing director with True Partners Consulting. Throughout his career, he has represented numerous clients in various industries for Big Four accounting firms.

He has extensive experience in advising and assisting a diverse client base, from startups to large multinational organizations. He has provided tax services to technology, consumer product, media and entertainment, service, manufacturing and distribution companies.

In the course of working on corporations, he has managed various tax functions including the income tax provision process, managing the federal and state and local income tax compliance functions and has represented clients on IRS and state and local income tax audits defending tax positions
