Evan Tierce is the chief sales officer with Baker Tilly and is responsible for sales excellence at the firm. This includes talent management, sales enablement, sales development, sales operations and technology, ensuring resources are optimized to consistently exceed organic growth targets. He has led the design, development and execution of numerous sales, business development and go-to-market strategies across multiple industry and service lines to increase new client acquisition, enhance the existing client experience and maximize revenue retention.
Evan’s background includes experience in business process outsourcing, sales function automation, incentives strategy, systems design and implementation, as well as external business development with channel partners and prospects. Evan previously served as the practice growth partner with a Houston based certified public accounting firm prior to its merging with Baker Tilly. Early in his career, Evan worked in the HR consulting industry spearheading the human capital technology division of a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
