Emma is a director and municipal advisor within the public sector practice group and has been with Baker Tilly since 2013. She focuses in the areas of economic development, tax increment finance (TIF) and the financial planning associated with the issuance of municipal bonds throughout the state of Indiana.

  • Develops financial feasibilities and financing options for capital projects
