Emily is a principal in the firm's Professional Practice Group. In this role of developing and monitoring the firm's assurance practice, she provides technical consultations to practice office personnel on complex audit and accounting matters, develops and issues guidance to firm personnel regarding assurance services and assists in executing quality control functions related to the assurance practice. She is also involved in the development, deployment, and monitoring of technology tools to the firm’s assurance practice.
Prior to assuming her national office role, Emily provided assurance and advisory services to a variety of clients, specializing in financial services and employee benefit plans.
