Elizabeth Bergman, a principal at Baker Tilly, has been with the firm since 2017 and has more than 20 years of experience in public finance. Elizabeth works with colleges, universities and municipalities in the Midwest. She assists clients in defining financial strategies and creating a financing plan to realize the desired outcomes. She has experience with competitive and negotiated sales as well as private placements. Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth spent 13 years at Moody’s Investors Service in London and New York. While at Moody’s she was lead analyst for a variety of public issuers, focusing on universities and local governments.
