Derek has practiced public accounting since 1991. He’s an assurance and advisory services principal serving companies ranging from emerging growth to publicly traded global entities in the semiconductor, software, internet, computer devices, networking systems, biotechnology, and medical devices sectors. He has served in several leadership roles with the firm. He works with publicly traded and PE-owned companies in the technology and life sciences industries. He’s served many of the firm’s largest technology clients, with revenues and market capitalizations exceeding $1 billion, to meet their global needs. His transactions experience includes public offerings of securities and acquisitions in excess of $10 billion in aggregate value.
