Chris has significant experience in managing and leading due diligence projects for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and recapitalizations in the healthcare industry, with heavy experience in healthcare provider transactions. His clients include companies selling their practices, private equity sponsors, corporate acquirers, and specialty lenders.
