Christine Schneider

Christine Schneider is a managing director with Baker Tilly US, LLP.

Christine has extensive experience in both public accounting and private industry. Christine’s strong combination of public and private experience results in strategic insights that allow her to consistently deliver innovative, value-added solutions to her clients. Her experience includes support for franchise, retail, emerging technology and not-for-profit industries.

In addition to her experience with financial statement audits, reviews and other attestation engagements, Christine’s advisory experience extends to merger and acquisition transactions, buy-side and sell-side due diligence, litigation support, as well as highly technical areas such as stock-based compensation arrangements, complex revenue transactions, post-transaction purchase accounting and business combinations.

Christine spent 15 years with a Boston based accounting and advisory firm before its combination with Baker Tilly in December 2021, working closely with franchise, technology and not-for-profit clients to address their evolving assurance and consulting needs. Prior to that, Christine had amassed 17 years of experience, including 10 years in the private sector as a financial executive with several companies in the technology and retail industries.
