  • Advises clients on buy-side and sell-side activities as a member of the Baker Tilly Transaction Advisory team, including due diligence, reverse due diligence, purchase accounting and price allocation, integration, and dispute resolution
  • Directs partners on various technical matters related to generally accepted accounting principles and generally accepted auditing standards as the Milwaukee office’s Regional Risk Leader
