She has nearly 15 years of experience in tax consulting and compliance services in partnerships, specializing in the private equity industry. Celina provides tax and consulting services to clients in the following areas: private equity funds of funds, venture capital, special purpose vehicles, hedge funds, private equity owned portfolio companies, family office sectors and foreign corporations.
