Brooke oversees Baker Tilly’s internal tax department that handles the firm’s U.S. and foreign entity and partner tax compliance and consulting. She’s known for strong technical knowledge, project management, team collaboration and communication skills.

- Partnership filings: more than 800 active and retired partners that files more than 200 returns
- Individual filings: more than 450 partner tax returns, estimates, consulting, and tax planning
- Foreign filings: coordinate and review entity returns in the United Kingdom, Australia, Chile, Dubai, Germany and Singapore
- Assist in identifying appropriate combination structuring and lead deal due diligence
- Collaborate across experience levels on my team while coordinating with various firm leaders to deliver value added services
- Provide counseling, both formal and informal, to direct reports and team members to ensure proper mentoring
