Brittany Kegley

Britany Kegley is a director with Baker Tilly’s client accounting services practice. She initially joined the firm’s financial statement attestation and employee benefit plan audit practice. Her principal industry focus included service companies, manufacturing, software, distribution, and retail. Brittany worked with clients regarding complex accounting issues including equity conversions, business combinations and leasing transactions. In addition, she has experience with employee benefit plans including complex plan investments, significant plan transactions and plan operations.

In 2018, Brittany joined the consulting services practice. Her primary disciplines include controller and review services, development of policies and procedures, and small business reporting and compliance, including external audit support. Her primary industry focus includes franchises, technology, manufacturing, professional services, retail and restaurants. As a manager in the client accounting services practice, Brittany focuses on a variety of large scale projects including financial statement cleanup, audit readiness, and software implementation project management.
