Partner Brigid Elliott-Boger serves a variety of entities and specializes in business advisory, accounting, tax and financial consulting for closely held businesses, their owners and executives. She works in the commercial industry with a focus on professional services and manufacturing and distribution. Brigid has been with the firm since 1999 and serves as a local personnel leader for the Wisconsin Advantage team.
- Plans and reviews income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations
- Attends and consults at strategic planning and board meetings with clients
- Performs research on current accounting pronouncements and tax laws for closely held businesses and their owners
- Analyzes financial trends, performance results and cash flows and reviews with clients
- Serves as a valued advisor for clients with various business and personal planning projects including expansion, buy-sell transactions, ownership transitions and estate planning
