He specializes in federal corporate taxation, assisting clients with federal and state income tax issues. Bobby is experienced in federal, state and international income tax compliance, ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, business formations, acquisitions and various other areas of federal income tax consulting. He advises clients in a variety of industries including technology services, consumer – personal services, retail, manufacturing and renewable energy.
