Bill Ruscitti, partner with Baker Tilly’s construction and real estate practice, has been with the firm since 2019. He has more than 10 years of experience and specializes in providing assurance services for public and private companies operating in the construction and real estate industries.
- Supervises the planning and execution of audits for publicly traded and private companies
- Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP historical cost reporting requirements, fair value reporting requirements and income tax basis reporting requirements
- Performs research and assists clients with understanding applicable accounting pronouncements, regulatory rules and guidelines, including business combinations and fair value, revenue recognition, variable interest entities, joint venture accounting and impairment
- Knowledgeable of SEC reporting requirements, including client filings of initial public offerings, annual reports, quarterly filings and various registration statements
- Experienced with helping public clients understand the implications of SOX 404 internal control compliance updates
