Bharath Ram is a director with the enterprise transformation services team of Baker Tilly. Bharath has 20 years of experience in collaborating with clients on defining and implementing their technology roadmap across multiple platforms and applications. He is adept in building strong relationship across the organization and has a successful track record in designing and delivering project technical scope on budget and on time.  He has proven his ability in providing solutions to complex technical problems. He has worked with numerous private and public sector organizations spanning federal, financial, insurance, retail, higher education and manufacturing sectors. He has experience working on multiple cloud and on-premise ERP (HCM/Finance/SCM) applications like Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, Intacct and IFS.

Bharath also has experience with multiple cloud platforms like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) on database, integration, reporting/analytics and custom app development tools. Bharath has managed large multi-national projects with resources spread across the globe and has been involved in setting up and building teams in U.S. and India from ground up. Bharath specializes in technical architecture design, data migration, data integration, reporting, security, change management and business process reengineering/redesign.

  • ­Technology lead for designing and managing integrations running on Microsoft Azure platform for Intacct ERP application. The architecture involved multiple Azure tools like Logic Apps, Table storage, Blob storage, Functions and Virtual Machines
  • Technology Architect in building integration framework on OCI platform using Oracle Database and Oracle Integration cloud for management of data in Oracle HCM cloud application
  • ­Technology lead/architect/developer for multiple PeopleSoft HRMS/financial projects implementing Core HR, base benefits, benefits administration, NA payroll, talent acquisition manager, time and labor, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, order management, campus solutions and self-service modules
  • Technology lead involved in creating prototypes using the Oracle SOA middleware product. The objective was to create self-service and manager self-service applications using Oracle SOA suite and integrate it real time with PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9 application. The project also required generating reports using XML publisher and use Oracle Workflow to generate notifications to the users.

Technology lead/SME on projects implementing Oracle Cloud for multiple clients globally:

  • Technology lead for a large federal project implementing Oracle Cloud. Designed and architected integration framework for loading and managing large volume of data. Leading the team involved in delivering complex integrations for multiple business processes.
  • Technology lead on a global roll out of Oracle HCM Cloud for a risk management/insurance/advisory organization operating in more than 100 countries and 70,000 workers. Implemented Core HR and Talent Management. Converted workers from EBS and PeopleSoft. Manage development of more than 40 integrations to benefit, payroll and other third party vendors.
  • Technology lead on a global roll out of Oracle HCM Cloud for an Automotive Solutions organization operating in more than 20 countries and 35,000 workers. Implemented Core HR and Talent Management. Converted workers from PeopleSoft, Workday and Custom HR Application. Manage development of more than 20 integrations to benefit, payroll and other third party vendors.
  • Technology lead on a global roll out of Oracle HCM Cloud for an Information Technology Consulting organization operating in more than 20 countries and 6,000 workers. Implemented Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management and Compensation. This project consolidated and merged data from two different legacy systems into Oracle Cloud. This was one of the first implementation on GSE (and co-existence of HCM and CRM) and one of the first project to explore building application extensions to Oracle HCM using PaaS for SaaS and UX Design Patterns. Manage development of more than 30 integrations to benefit, payroll and other third party vendors. Manage development of more than 50 reports across all modules.
