Bernadette has more than 15 years of tax and accounting experience in both public and private industry. Throughout her career, she has acquired extensive experience in advising and assisting a diverse client base. Her experience includes consulting on ASC 740 – Accounting for Income Taxes, cross-border transactions, earnings and profits studies, and income tax compliance for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
