Ben is a director with Baker Tilly’s tax practice. He brings more than a decade of public accounting experience with a specialized focus on tax services in the real estate industry. He manages the preparation, planning and review of tax engagements, emphasizing work with real estate developers, private equity investment funds and their portfolio companies, retail and hospitality clients. He has also prepared and presented on Opportunity Zone tax legislation.

- Experience with complex target allocations models and distribution waterfall calculations
