
Alicia is a principal in the firm’s healthcare practice. She began working in public accounting and private industry in 2005. Alicia specializes in serving the accounting, auditing and consulting needs of healthcare organizations, including hospitals and health systems, behavioral health organizations, physician practices, accountable care organizations, and specialty and ancillary services. Alicia also has expertise in audits of private equity-owned healthcare companies.
- Leads financial statement audits of healthcare systems, private equity and investor-owned healthcare companies
- Serves private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across the healthcare continuum, including physician groups, behavioral health, post-acute care and other provider organizations
- Presents audit results, financial reporting matters, and key business insights to executive leadership, boards and audit committees
- Advises healthcare organizations on financial reporting, operational processes, internal control environments, regulatory compliance and strategic initiatives
- Works collaboratively with management teams and private equity stakeholders to address complex accounting issues, scalability considerations and growth-related challenges
- Coordinates financial due diligence and consulting support for mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations and other transaction-related initiatives
