Ahmed is a partner in our Orange County office and has been with Baker Tilly since 1999. He manages several of our larger audit clients, particularly in the real estate industry. He leads and manages numerous financial statement audits, risk assessments, reviews and compilations for clients in the construction, real estate, title and escrow, hospitality, technology, healthcare, distribution and financial services sectors. Additionally, Ahmed has extensive experience providing management and business advisory services.

Assists publicly held clients in filing registration statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and responding to SEC comments

Helps clients with filing registration statements, determining fee structure and complying with assets, income tests and regulatory filing requirements
