
Adrian is a director and municipal advisor with Baker Tilly’s public sector practice. With more than 30 years of experience providing comprehensive financial advisory services in municipal advisory and public finance. Since 2015, he has been involved with the pricing of 490 transactions totaling over $12.1 billion in aggregate par amount for various issuers across the state including school districts, higher education institutions, counties, cities, public utilities and transportation/transit credits. Adrian is skilled in developing approaching to refunding’s allowing clients to be better informed. As a municipal advisor he works to develop tailored funding solutions for immediate and long-range financing needs, has created issuer specific debt planning models and has structured complex transactions to achieve clients’ project financing objectives.
