Adam is a director with Baker Tilly’s assurance practice. He joined Baker Tilly in 2016 after serving in a similar role at another public accounting firm where he led accounting, audit, tax and employee benefit plan engagements.
- Leads financial statement audit, review and compilation services for construction contractors including general contractors, specialty contractors, highway heavy contractors and home builders
- Assists clients with mergers and acquisitions and related due diligence for construction entities
- Leads financial statement audits of employee benefit plans in accordance with the Department of Labor and Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974
- Maintains client relationships and assists in providing technical guidance and consultation as needed
- Assists organizations with the identification, design and implementation of internal controls over financial reporting
