
Aaron is a director with Baker Tilly’s forensic, litigation and valuation services practice. He sees forensic accounting as a craft in which complex and disparate sources of information are pulled together to communicate an accurate and reliable view of the matter at hand.
Practicing forensic accounting exclusively since 2004, Aaron has extensive experience working with insurance professionals and lawyers on matters involving business interruption, inventory loss, extra expense, product recall and employee fraud.
- Calculating extra electricity cost due to a malfunctioning gas-powered co-generation system at a local university campus
- Calculating numerous business interruption losses on behalf of insurance carriers for businesses in several industries including hotels, restaurants, retailers, professional service firms, health care providers, distributors and manufacturers
- Analyzing in-sight and out-of-sight inventory losses due to physical damage or theft
