Connecting with new horizons

Although team member Rachel Berg’s experience with the Warmline was confidential, she wanted to share her story to inspire others to use the resource.

“After working in Healthcare Consulting for more than two years, I was excited about the product development projects I had worked on and realized I wanted more of that. I was also interested in transferring to an internally facing role,” Rachel said.

Rachel contacted the Warmline and was soon connected with several team members in the Technology Transformation team, a group that delivers value-added, innovative products across all service lines at Baker Tilly. Through My Opportunity, Baker Tilly's program to help team members make a career change within our firm, she joined the Technology Transformation team and discovered the challenge she was seeking.
