He is a savvy business advisory professional with nearly 20 years of experience providing tax services to middle-market and large companies. Jeremy's industry specialization includes manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage, professional services, software and technology — and he brings service expertise in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring transactions and state and local tax credit opportunities. Jeremy also supports due diligence and transaction services for a variety of strategic buyers and has spent his entire career in public accounting. Before joining Baker Tilly, he was a tax director with a Big Four firm.

Identifies tax credits and incentives opportunities; works with other technical experts across Baker Tilly to help clients properly take advantage of those opportunities
