The survey will help us create the 2026 salary report. This comprehensive tool will provide contractors with comparative information — especially vital for an industry in which such data is difficult to obtain or present.

About the survey
The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and includes the option to save unfinished answers and return later. We recommend having the following information on hand.
Company information
- Annual revenue
- Current number of full-time-equivalent employees
- Union status
- Primary contractor type, such as general contractor or electrical
- Primary construction type, such as commercial, heavy or highway or residential
Compensation information
- Average annual-base salary and incentives or bonuses for executive and industry specific roles within your organization
- Compensation strategies
- Benefits
Reason to participate
Your participation is important and the data you and other participants provide helps generate hard-to-find salary and benefits metrics. All participants will receive a copy of the salary report once available. Please encourage your peers to participate.
Participant confidentiality
All survey data is held in strict confidence. The raw data and associated participant identities are accessible only to authorized Baker Tilly staff.
Only aggregate data is disclosed in the statistical reports and other analyses, and it will only be aggregated in groupings that have enough participants to ensure the information of any individual participant isn’t disclosed.
