This webcast will break down California’s expansion of its sales and use tax base to certain electronically delivered software, remotely accessed software, and software as a serve (SaaS). Learn what’s taxable, can be excluded or exempt, how sourcing rules apply, and why sellers and purchasers should begin preparing now. Attendees will leave with a practical understanding of the compliance, billing, tax engine, exemption, and internal process changes that may be needed before the new rules become effective.
