On day one, we will focus on governance, risk and operational resilience in today’s complex not-for-profit environment. Sessions will explore foundational risk management, operational and talent challenges and strategies to strengthen efficiency and long-term sustainability. The day will wrap up with an overview of cyber-enabled fraud, highlighting current threats and practical steps leadership can take to protect organizational assets and trust.
On day two, we will turn to innovation, funding strategies and executive oversight. Sessions will cover practical approaches to adopting generative AI, opportunities to support capital investment and growth, and a discussion of how governance plays a critical role in tax compliance and reputational risk.

Executive leadership and accounting and finance professionals, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, controllers and audit and finance committee and board members of any type of not-for-profit, including healthcare organizations, educational institutions, foundations, social service agencies, associations, private clubs, religious organizations and others.
Attendees should understand how risks are evaluated (uncertainty, likelihood, impact), be familiar with common risk categories, risk identification methods, inherent vs. residual risk, and the use of risk registers and basic risk scoring frameworks. This webinar assumes a non‑technical level, covering core probability and statistics concepts such as expected value, distributions, percentiles, and variability. In addition, attendees should have prior exposure to scenario analysis and familiarity with data and spreadsheets
